台湾香肠简易料理方式: 1.烤箱预热275°F(Broil),用牙籤在解冻的香肠表面插一些小洞。 放入预热后的烤箱,烤15分钟后,再将香肠转至另一面,再烤10分钟,即可上桌。 2.将解冻香肠放在生米上蒸。蒸后,取出香肠后,可以和蔬菜一起炒。 也可以放在平底锅裡煎。
