麻油香菇鸡蛤蜊锅怎么做?
1. 干香菇泡软,蛤蜊放水里吐沙;
2. 鸡锅里放入麻油。麻油可多可少,多一点吃起来香,加姜片小火煎;
3. 放入鸡块煸炒;小火煸炒至两面都有些焦黄色,倒入米酒,一点点生抽和冰糖;
4. 将泡发香菇的水也倒进锅里,视情况加些开水;
5. 加入蛤蜊、白玉菇再次煮滚, 蛤蜊打开即可熄火享用
