广式打边炉 毋米粥

超级简单,急速粥底火锅。又叫粥水打边炉,白粥海鲜打边炉。

所需材料:白米,和喜欢的海鲜。

推荐打火锅的食材:贵妃蚌,游水虾,刀蚬,温哥华大蟹,小蛤蜊,海鲜菇,牛里脊又叫炒牛肉,豆腐,海鲜菇。

推荐蘸火锅酱料:蒜泥,香菜,红绿尖椒,日本酱油,蚝油,麻油。

制作步骤:

  • 白米泡半小时后,用榨汁机或者磨棒打碎,留下米渣不要完全熬成浆。米量,二人食半杯米。
  • 国内加水到3/4满,大火煮开,小火煮十五分钟,就可以开吃啦!建议用砂锅,不停一个方向搅拌。
  • 同时可以准备海鲜和蘸料,粥底煮好即可开吃!涮海鲜可以粥内加适量姜丝。
