2. 土鸡切块或整只均可,需要先焯水
3. 猪肚整块下锅焯水后,捞出切块
4. 土鸡先炖30分钟,再下猪肚炖1小时
5. 白胡椒粉在刚开始即可加入,葱姜按个人喜好在开始时加入
6. 一个半小时后就可以享用美味
