粽子怎么包?

步骤:

1.腌肉:五花肉洗净切块入碗备用,加生抽、老抽、料酒、盐、糖、胡椒粉、蚝油,然后给肉来几分钟“马杀鸡”(肉可以咸一点),盖上保鲜膜入冰箱冷藏.

2.泡糯米 :糯米加水泡两个小时,泡过水的糯米后期煮可以减少时间.

3.准备叶子:干粽叶时间充足可以前一天晚上用温水泡一晚上,也可以开水里泡两个两小时以上至柔软,擦洗表面备用。

4.糯米去水,加老抽、盐,入底味(也可以只放食用碱,可以助消化,预防胃酸)和糯米拌匀。处理好这些,我们就可以包粽子了。

红豆蜜枣粽子

步骤:红豆前一天晚上洗净泡好,糯米洗净和红豆、食用碱拌匀,蜜枣过水洗净备用,完成这些即可包粽子了。
