椰子鸡火锅鲜甜味美,夏天吃也不容易上火,且制作非常简单。

火锅制作方法:

  • 将两颗椰子打开,取汁,并把椰肉切成细条备用;
  • 将椰汁和椰肉放入锅中烧开;
  • 加入洗净切块的走地鸡,芋头块,白玉菇,甜玉米,中火煮10分钟,即可开吃啦!
  • 蘸料制作方法:用煎焗鸡粉代替沙姜,加一点生抽,青柠汁,蒜蓉,尖椒粒即可!

    其他可加的食物:泰国老虎虾,煲汤鲍鱼,茼蒿,小白菜,西洋菜,豆腐等都很适合!
