泰式九层塔猪肉末,又叫打泡猪,泰式肉碎蛋饭,泰语是Pad Kra Pao。

所需材料:瘦猪肉末1磅,九层塔,红尖椒,蒜头,鱼露,蚝油,青柠。

制作步骤:
1. 用两勺鱼露,1勺蚝油,1勺老抽/红烧酱油,1勺糖,腌猪肉末20分钟-半小时;尖椒和蒜头搅拌或者捣碎成沫,喜好吃酸可以挤半个青柠;
2. 先炸一个蛋,健康一点也可以用煎的,泰国传统做法是炸;
3. 用剩余的油,炒红尖椒+蒜头;
4. 下入猪肉末,再加一勺鱼露,翻炒,可按个人喜好再加入适量的蚝油和米酒;
5. 快熟时加入九层塔翻炒。

制作时间不到10分钟,非常简单快手的下饭菜,酸辣开胃。
