Quick Overview

所需食材：火锅牛肉片,  花菇，白玉菇，豆腐，西洋菜，生鸡蛋

所需调味：白洋葱，葱，寿喜烧酱汁

制作时间：从切菜到食用不过10分钟而已，方便又美味！注意摆盘，每种食材一小堆，才好看哟！

制作步骤：

  • 放一块牛油，在微热的锅中抹匀；
  • 加入白洋葱和葱段，翻炒；
  • 加入米酒/味淋，继续翻炒，直至洋葱和葱段变软，浇上寿喜烧专用酱汁；
  • 扑上豆腐块，花菇，白玉菇，西洋菜（原则是酱汁大概没过2/3菜身）；
  • 下入牛肉片，翻面（有做法是在抹牛油后就先下入牛肉让汤汁更富有肉汁和香气，但我个人喜欢吃嫩牛肉所以最后放）；
  • 搅拌一个生鸡蛋做蘸汁，就可以开动啦！
