Quick Overview

所需食材:火锅牛肉片,  花菇,白玉菇,豆腐,西洋菜,生鸡蛋

所需调味:白洋葱,葱,寿喜烧酱汁

制作时间:从切菜到食用不过10分钟而已,方便又美味!注意摆盘,每种食材一小堆,才好看哟!

制作步骤:

  • 放一块牛油,在微热的锅中抹匀;
  • 加入白洋葱和葱段,翻炒;
  • 加入米酒/味淋,继续翻炒,直至洋葱和葱段变软,浇上寿喜烧专用酱汁;
  • 扑上豆腐块,花菇,白玉菇,西洋菜(原则是酱汁大概没过2/3菜身);
  • 下入牛肉片,翻面(有做法是在抹牛油后就先下入牛肉让汤汁更富有肉汁和香气,但我个人喜欢吃嫩牛肉所以最后放);
  • 搅拌一个生鸡蛋做蘸汁,就可以开动啦!
