Quick Overview

冬阴功汤,又叫泰式酸辣汤。

所需食材:虾和其他喜爱的海鲜,草菇,金针菇,香茅,柠檬。

制作步骤:
1. 草菇对半切开,红尖椒切小段、生姜与香茅切片备用;
2. 锅子烧热放油,把虾头先煎出虾油这样汤头更香,接着将虾倒入煎至皮发红即可,2面煎一下;然后倒入一大碗开水,或米酒;
3. 放入香茅,生姜片、冬阴功酱、用勺子将酱料搅匀;
4. 接着依次放入红尖椒、草菇、海瓜子,水滚,蛤蜊开口就可以关火。
5. 放入鱼露、柠檬汁、椰粉/椰浆,和装饰的香茅搅拌出锅。
