酸汤肥牛所需配料:肥牛,金针菇,姜蒜蓉,小米椒,黄灯笼辣椒酱,白醋,南瓜

酸汤肥牛怎么做:

  • 南瓜去皮切块蒸或煮烂,建议用快锅;
  • 炒锅入少许油,先下姜蒜蓉炒香;
  • 下入切碎的小米椒,和黄灯笼辣椒酱;
  • 加煮烂的南瓜和水煮3分钟左右致汤香 (精致的朋友可用漏网将辣椒渣全部捞出不用);
  • 汤中放入金针菇烫熟,并把金针菇放入碗底铺好;
  • 另起一锅,加入多一些的清水烧开后关火,将肥牛片倒进去滑至变色后捞出铺在菜上;
  • 浇汁
