奶汤白菜,又叫上汤奶白菜,是一道粤式名菜。剥去华丽外衣,其实可以作为一道非常家常,却与一般吃法与众不同的蔬菜。

需要食材:大白菜皮蛋咸蛋黄午餐肉,带子,蒜头,鲜牛奶,白胡椒粉。

奶汤白菜的制作步骤:

  • 蒜头,皮蛋,和咸蛋黄,午餐肉都切成丁;
  • 白菜洗净切宽条备用,据说竖切的大白菜更甜哟;
  • 锅中热油,先后下蒜粒,皮蛋咸蛋黄和午餐肉炒香;
  • 加水,加一点鸡精,如果有鸡汤或骨汤更好;
  • 加入半杯鲜奶,见汤色变成奶白即可,然后加入一点盐和白胡椒粉;
  • 汤滚时放入切好的大白菜,煮软后可以放一点小带子提鲜,或虾米也可。
  • 从准备到上桌不超过15分钟的菜,非常快手,浓浓奶香味,皮蛋和咸蛋黄提出的鲜味,加上一点点海鲜,太下饭啦!
